The Company offers its services under two types of payment plans: contract plans and prepaid plans.

It provides wireless telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, operating under the K-mobile and EXCESS brand names.

VimpelCom offers its subscribers in Russia voice telephony service; value-added services using such technologies as unstructured supplementary services data (USSD), wireless application protocol (WAP), general packet radio service (GPRS) and multimedia messaging service (MMS), and in some selected regions, datarate for global evolution (EDGE) technology; access to roaming service; and other services.

VimpelCom also offers value-added services to its Kazakh subscribers, including voicemail, short message service (SMS), fax and data transfers to electronic mailing addresses and roaming services.
